How this website handles data, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Controller and contact

The controller for this website is:
[FULL LEGAL NAME]
[STREET AND NUMBER]
[POSTAL CODE AND TOWN]
Switzerland
Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]

2. Scope and applicable law

This notice covers website visits, activated videos, correspondence and customer data we receive for purchases and free downloads. Our processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Other mandatory laws, including the EU GDPR, apply where their legal requirements are met.

3. Website delivery and Cloudflare

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare, Inc., USA, processes connection and traffic information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver pages, maintain availability and protect the service. Its network operates internationally, including processing in the USA.

Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy describes its handling of end-user data, retention criteria and international transfers. Its published arrangements include the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, as explained in its Data Processing Addendum.

This website has no registration, contact forms, embedded shops or custom analytics and advertising scripts. Images are served with the website, and fonts come from your device.

4. YouTube videos and your choice

The Roulette Clips previews use the original thumbnail served by YouTube. Other video previews may be hosted with this website. The YouTube player itself loads only after you activate a video.

Activation connects your browser to YouTube (Google), which receives your IP address, browser information and the requested video information. Google can use cookies or similar technologies and process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA.

We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com. This limits certain personalisation uses of embedded views; it does not prevent all Google processing.

Your permission lasts only while the current page is loaded. Open Video Settings in the footer and choose Stop loaded videos to remove players and clear that permission. This stops further player loading on the page; it does not erase data already received by Google.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and its published transfer arrangements, which include the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. Checkout and payments

Purchase and free-download buttons open checkout hosted by Payhip Limited, United Kingdom. After you follow a link, Payhip processes details such as your name, email address, IP address, billing information and order to provide checkout and downloads. Its Privacy Policy describes EU hosting and possible transfers outside the EEA. No checkout or payment service is embedded on this website.

If you use PayPal at checkout, PayPal processes payment, transaction and device information. The responsible entity depends on your country; for Switzerland it is PayPal Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Its services involve international processing, including in the USA. See PayPal’s Privacy Statement for recipients, retention and transfer safeguards.

We receive customer and order details needed for delivery, support, refunds and accounting. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider, not on this website.

6. Email enquiries

If you email us, we use your address, message and any details you supply to respond and handle your request. Email delivery also involves the relevant email providers.

7. Retention and provider arrangements

Enquiries are kept while needed to resolve and follow up on the matter. Customer records are retained for fulfilment, support and applicable accounting or other legal obligations. Records needed for a legal claim may be kept while that need continues; data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Video permission lasts only for the current page, as described in section 4.

Details pending: The operator fields, exact hosting, email and checkout processing locations, provider retention settings and customer data received must be confirmed before this notice is published as complete.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing and, where the conditions are met, data portability. You can withdraw consent for future processing. Contact the controller above; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Updates

We update this notice when our processing changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
